Rates and general terms
The rates below apply in general, unless otherwise stated in the offers published on this website or on social media, or in a specific quote. The price may be increased depending on the difficulties encountered or if other services are needed for the outing to run smoothly (for example, organising transport). The price covers the preparation and running of the outing (planning, guiding, safety management, commentary and activities). The following costs are not included: travel to and from the hike, overnight stays and half board in huts, inns or hotels, and meals and drinks outside half board, for both the participants and the guide.
Standard rates:
- Full day (more than 4 hours): CHF 500
- Half day (less than 4 hours): CHF 380
- Less than 2 hours: on request
Group size
The maximum group size is set for each outing to give you maximum safety and comfort.
Booking and payment
Except in special cases, payment is made when booking the activity, by bank transfer or TWINT.
Cancellation
If 3D Nature cancels, the payment will be refunded in full within 5 days of the cancellation.
If the client(s) cancel an activity lasting one day or less, the following fees apply:
- No fee up to 30 days before the start of the activity
- 50% of the invoiced price if cancelled up to 15 days before the start
- 100% of the invoiced price if cancelled less than 15 days before the start
If non-refundable bookings have already been made with third parties, these costs are due in full in every case of cancellation.
Activities over several consecutive days
For activities lasting more than one day, in particular treks, the cancellation fee is 100% of the invoiced price, whenever the cancellation occurs. 3D Nature recommends that participants take out cancellation insurance when booking, and can provide a list of short-term travel insurance providers.
Change of programme
In bad weather or for other reasons (participants' abilities, timing, etc.), the guide may change the destination at the last minute or during the activity.
Health
Any known medical condition that could affect a participant during the activity should be reported to the guide in advance. Participants must have personal accident insurance. The group's organiser is responsible for passing on to each participant all the information needed for the activities to run smoothly.

For all other matters, the attached general terms and conditions apply.
