Rates and Conditions
CHF 500.- per day / CHF 350.- for half a day (max. 4 hours)
Prices: rates are for an entire group (price shared by participants). The price may be increased depending on the difficulties encountered or if other services prove necessary for the smooth running of the race (eg organization of transport, etc.). The rates cover the preparation and execution of the race (planning, guiding, security management, entertainment). Discounts are also possible on a case-by-case basis.
The following costs are not included in the prices: overnight stay and half-board in a cabin, hostel, hotel, meals and drinks excluding half-board, meals organized by the guide (e.g. fondue), transport (if applicable) .
Group size : the group size limit isadapted for each race to offer you maximum safety and comfort.
Cancelation: in case of cancellation by 3D Nature, no invoicing will be made. In the event of cancellation by the client for reasons that are not force majeure less than 72 hours before the start of the activity, 50% of the price of the activity may be requested, and less than 48 hours the full price may be requested. If reservations have already been made with third parties, all of these costs will be due in all cases of cancellation by the customer.
Change of program : in case of bad weather or for other reasons (capacity of the participants, schedule, etc.) the goal of the race can be modified at the last moment or during the activity by the guide.
Payment: as a general rule, payment is made in cash no later than the same day of the hike, at the end of it. In special cases, an invoice payable by short-term bank transfer may replace cash payment. For treks where the payment of reservation fees may be required, an advance may be requested from the client.
Health : any known medical problems that may occur to participants during the activity should be communicated in advance to the accompanying person. Participants must have individual accident insurance. The person in charge of the group of participants is responsible for communicating all the information necessary for the smooth running of the activities to each participant.
